These terms describe the marketplace rules for customers and beauty professionals.
BeautyDrop helps customers discover discounted beauty appointment openings and send booking requests to beauty professionals. BeautyDrop does not guarantee that every request will be accepted.
A request is not a confirmed booking until the professional accepts and confirms final appointment details with the customer. Customers should keep their contact information accurate.
BeautyDrop does not collect payment when a customer sends a booking request. Any payment, cancellation policy, or final service agreement is confirmed directly with the professional until in-app payments are launched.
Professionals are responsible for accurate services, pricing, availability, location, descriptions, and any model-needed requirements. Listings may be reviewed, rejected, cancelled, or removed.
Customers should submit accurate contact details, request only appointments they intend to attend, and communicate respectfully with professionals.
BeautyDrop may update these terms as the marketplace, mobile app, payments, verification, or cancellation rules evolve.
